Fees

Ear Examination, Ear Wax Removal and Hearing Test (if required)- £60 (for both ears)or £45 (for one ear)

Ear Examination and Hearing Test (if required) - £30 (Charged when no wax removal is required)

Home Visit and Care Home Fees

Ear Examination, Ear Wax Removal and Hearing Test (if required)- £60 Flat fee plus home visit mileage fee.

£20 up to 3 miles from clinic base - above 3 miles, it is an additional £3 per mile. Please call for a more accurate price.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We operate a cancellation policy which covers both missed and short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours notice). This cancellation fee will be £30 and must be paid within 7 days of the missed appointment.

Appointments booked via our online booking system require a £30 pre-paid deposit which will be deducted from the total cost following your appointment. 

Cancellations of more than 48 hours notice will be refunded back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Missed or short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) of appointments booked online will not be refunded.

If our practitioner has travelled to a Home visit address and the appointment is subsequently cancelled, missed or unable to be undertaken due to client issues, the full appointment fee of £30 + mileage will be charged.
